If you’ve been to Atlantic Canada, you may have
purchased something at one of Mill-Right Woodworking’s custom
produced retail checkouts, ordered some wine from a Mill-Right
wine rack, attended a meeting at one of their hand-crafted
boardroom tables, or deposited money at a Mill-Right designed
banking counter.
Mill-Right Woodworking is based in the Atlantic Acres Business
Park and is co-owned by Doug Doucet and Bruce Mollins, of RCS Inc.
The Mill-Right team is led by General Manager Drew Parks, a
respected and skilled craftsman, and the company employs a highly
trained workforce of trade people.
Incorporated in 1999, Mill-Right has met the increasing demand for
quality retail fixturing and commercial casework, and they put
their unique creativity to each commercial space they work on.
Drew and his management team bring a fresh and knowledgeable
perspective to Mill-Right jobs because of their diverse
connections in the woodworking trade, and the company attributes
building and maintaining enduring relationships with many
architectural and design firms as a key element in the success.
Drew has a simple philosophy that has remained unchanged over the
years:
"All jobs worth doing, are worth doing well
and on schedule. This is achieved by working closely with his
clients to assist them in developing the best use of their
millwork budget, formulating a plan, and then implementing it.”
The shop's goal to develop a strong repeat
client base has been realized because the construction industry
knows that Mill-Right Woodworking goes that extra mile for its
customers. Often, clients and designers will call Mill-Right
looking for information or advice on design and budgets.
